2 Check the report values
Values are truncated, not rounded — 25.799% prints as 25.79%. Terpenes are the three highest by mass.
3 Add the package details
Prints after NET WEIGHT:. Fills in from the product — edit it if a run needs something different.
4 Verify the label
Shown at true size — 2⅝ × 1 inch. Hold your phone next to a printed label to compare.
5 Print
Tap a square to set the starting position. Use this to finish a part-used sheet.
In the print dialog choose Actual size if offered, and check that scaling is off. Any scaling will pull the sheet out of alignment.
6 File the record
Builds one PDF holding the label exactly as printed, what was entered, and the full lab report behind it — so the label and the report it came from stay together.

Licenses
One line per license: name | certificate # | TID # | medical #. The certificate # is matched against the lab report, so the right numbers land on the right label.
Products
One per line, under the license it belongs to. The net weight line is worked out from the name — add | your own wording after a product to override it.
